WELCOME TO

THE ART OF W. ALLAN HANCOCK

Allan is a wildlife artist living on the beautiful west coast of Canada. Inspired by nature, his paintings provide an uncluttered and focused view of the natural world, often paying attention to what goes unnoticed, finding beauty in the over-looked.

ARTIST STATEMENT

“I strive to develop a personal and unique style while painting what inspires me. I like simplicity, especially when there is more than meets the eye. The subject is only one aspect of the painting. I try to focus on the art within each work and the ideas sparked by those moments of inspiration.”
